Through the practice of deep meditation, after a brief daily introduction held by the guide, a person opens oneself in absolute silence to the experience of the Spirit.
The Advanced Course is suited to those who have attended at least one Introductory Course and have practised daily MPA for some time.
It lasts 5 days and is residential, no exceptions admitted.
